Dr. Joseph Henderson is a health and wellness professional with more than 30 years of experience helping individuals and organizations build sustainable, results-driven approaches to health, performance, and overall well-being. He is the creator of a widely recognized professional certification and is known for setting high standards in training, coaching, and practical application across the wellness and performance industries.
Joe’s work is built on a strong academic foundation that integrates human development, leadership, and education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies, a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Education Administration. This multidisciplinary background allows him to connect evidence-based wellness practices with effective instruction, program development, and meaningful organizational impact.
In 2002, Joe founded Next Level with the mission of helping individuals progress to higher levels of health, fitness, and performance through intelligent training methods, practical coaching strategies, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
A former professional athlete, Joe played in the National Football League and has trained numerous professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, including Olympic competitors. His work spans a wide spectrum of clients — from women navigating menopause and seniors focused on healthy aging, to recovering athletes and individuals seeking long-term health, vitality, and performance.

Lolly Steuart is a certified nutritionist and exercise science graduate who helps people build realistic, sustainable habits that make healthy eating feel simpler—especially when life gets busy. With years of experience in climbing and cycling, she brings a practical, outdoors-first perspective to nutrition and performance, blending real-world experience with evidence-based guidance.
A lifelong athlete and certified trainer, Lolly has spent most of her life working out and continues to enjoy CrossFit and functional training. She’s passionate about helping clients feel stronger, more capable, and more confident—whether they’re training for the outdoors, improving everyday energy, or rebuilding consistency after a setback.
Lolly also understands the unique biochemical and hormonal shifts many women experience, and she designs supportive, personalized strategies that align nutrition, training, and lifestyle. Her approach is encouraging and empowering: she believes lasting progress happens when people learn how to help themselves—and when their eating habits evolve in ways that truly fit their lives.
Audrey is a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Utah. She currently holds 5 Nationally recognized Personal Training Certifications; NASM, ACE, AFFA, NESTA, and APEX. She is also certified in Post-Rehab for people with chronic diseases and disabilities.
She has helped people recover from back, shoulder, hip, and knee surgeries as well as prepared clients for surgeries. She is a specialist in assisted stretching for people looking to improve their flexibility, increase range of motion, lower risk of injury, and/or improve sports performance in games such as tennis and golf.
She focuses on posture, form and joint health in order to ensure your body will last as long as possible and you can age knowing your joints are taken care of.
